                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ADVERTISING & 
                   COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATIVE TO 
                   THE CHATTANOOGA DUAL BLUE BAG CURBSIDE 
                   RECYCLING PROGRAM ADVERTISING, FOR A 
                   CONSIDERATION OF THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($30,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Advertising & Communication Associates, Inc., 
       relative to the Chattanooga Dual Blue Bag Curbside Recycling 
       Program advertising, for a consideration of $30,000.00.
